Shree E Cosmetic Repair Coat + is used for Thin Layer Repairing / Refurnishing Material for Pin Holes / Patches, Superficial cracks found in Mivan Surface, Concrete / Other Substrates.
For Levelling, Finishing, Honey Combing Surfaces of Mivan / AL Shuttering Surfaces, External /Internal A.A.C. block Surface, R.C.C Surfaces, Columns, Beams, Ceiling, Chajja & Tunnels, Basements retaining walls, tanks, various types of Structural Members & filling the Pin Holes in Precast RCC Members / Precast Members of Bridges.

Use of "Shree E Cosmetic Repair Coat+" Skip the use of Putty on external surface for levelling and finishing on R.C.C Surface before Painting, directly paint can be applied on finishing Coat.

How To Use
Add 1 Kg "Shree E Cosmetic Repair Coat+" powder in 270 to 300 ML clean water, Mix the material with mechanical mixer for 3 to 5 minutes or In case of manual mixing Add 1 Kg "Shree E Cosmetic Repair Coat+" powder in 300 to 330 ML clean water, mixed material for 8 to 10 minutes till we get uniform, homogenous mix with uniform consistency for easy & Smooth application.
Surface shall be inspected. Clean the Pin holes / Patch repairing surface with wire brush in case of uneven surface grind the surface of R.C.C by grinder to match the level (as per site requirement) as well as to minimize the use of "Shree E Cosmetic Repair Coat+" to match the level, Remove the dust particles, Clean the surface with the help of blower, remove all loose materials, If plenty of water are available then use water by pressure to clean and wash the surfaces, or moisten the surface before starting application of “Shree E Cosmetic Repair Coat+”
Leave the mix material for 3 to 5 minutes idle to dissolve the Polymers, adhesives, Fibers to gain the special properties, remix the mixed material for 2 to 3 minutes, start application for repairing / refurnishing material for Pin holes / Patches, Superficial cracks found in Mivan surface Concrete / Other substrates by using proper tools till we get level, uniform & Smooth surface, as required to us. No need of Curing. Qty of "Shree E Cosmetic Repair Coat+" shall be mixed in such way that it shall be consumed within 30 to 45 Minutes from the time of mixing.
In case of manual mixing hand gloves shall be used.
Shree E Cosmetic Repair Coat+ contains non-toxic materials. In case of contact with body, eye & face wash it with sufficient water.

It shall be unloaded on uniform level platform surface above ground level with proper stacking in countable manner
Store In Dry Place
It should be stored in covered dry place.In case of rainy season it shall be stored in closed store room by covering it by tarpaulin / polythene sheet to protect the bags from dampness / humidity in the atmosphere.
