"Shree E Bed Mortar+" is Polymer modified, Pre Blended, High strength and Hydrophobic property bed mortar to be used for levelling the floor surface before fixing the tiles in minimum thickness by using tile adhesives.

How To Use
Remove old mortar / other material stick to the floor surfaces, Clean the surface thoroughly, remove all dust particles, moist the surface, remove excess water on floor surface if any , check the existing floor levels and thickness of bedding material required to arrive at required level before fixing the tiles.
Do not use or mix any other material in Shree E Bed Mortar+ except water, Add Shree E-Bed Mortar + in clean water 140 - 160 ML/ kg, In case of hand mixing, it shall be mix for 8 to 10 min, In case of mechanical mixer <500rpm Shree E-Bed Mortar +, shall be added in 130-150 ML /Kg in clean water & mix for 3 min. Accordingly for the bag of 40 Kg of Shree E-Bed Mortar + water shall be used as per type of mixing. After addition of water in “Shree E-Bed Mortar” mix it thoroughly in mixing trey /Pot/ mechanical mixer/ stirrer till we get uniform consistency to spreadover floor surface uniformly, Allow mix Bed mortar remain idle for 3 to 5 minutes for additives/ Polymers to dissolved to get the required special properties to the Shree E bed mortar+ and remix it before use.
Apply mix material at 4 to 6 corners in the room /area in patches of required thickness after checking the level and to know the correct thickness of bed mortar required to achieved final floor level considering thickness of Tile adhesive (Shree E Tile Bond+ ( for Ceramic Tiles)/Shree E Tile Bond++(For Vetrified Tiles/Granite/Marbles),after checking levels, confirmation of requirement of bedding mortar thickness, again mix , start applying “Shree E Bed Mortar+”by spreading uniformly till we get the required thickness ,check the level at all points ,finish the surface uniformly.Allow levelled “Shree E Bed Mortar+” for curing (twice in day) for 2/3 days if possible, traffic shall be restricted for minimum 24 hours. At the time of fixing tile with tile adhesive ,Clean the levelled surface of “Shree E Bed Mortar+”, remove all dust particles, moist the surface and apply tile adhesive as per manufactures instructions for fixing tiles/marble /Granite.
In case of manual mixing hand gloves shall be used.
Shree E Bed Mortar+ contains non-toxic materials. In case of contact with body, eye, & face wash it with sufficient water.

It shall be unloaded on uniform level platform surface above ground level with proper stacking in countable manner
Store In Dry Place
It should be stored in covered dry place.In case of rainy season it shall be stored in closed store room by covering it by tarpaulin / polythene sheet to protect the bags from dampness / humidity in the atmosphere.
